Hygieia is developing and selling a hardware and software solution supporting better diabetes therapy. The company needed cash and expertize to finalize product development and get ready for limited launch I Europe. Extera was hired to facilitate an industry deal.

ACTIVITY
Extera helped the company reposition the story and enhance the business case for its technology. Extera then lead a focused outreach effort into large and midsize companies across the globe interested in diabetes space resulting in a critical agreement with Bayer Diabetes Care.
