Daniel is a synthetic organic chemist with over 25 years of experience leading complex chemistry research and development programs focused on cancer, inflammation, cardiovascular disease and CNS disorders.  Prior to his role at Censa Pharmaceuticals, he was the Director of Synthetic Chemistry at Intradigm Corporation where he developed nanoparticle delivery vectors for siRNA therapeutics.  He is the founder of DEL BioPharma LLC providing cost-effective CMC services to early stage pharmaceutical companies.  Daniel is the author of four books covering aspects of mechanistic organic chemistry and carbohydrate chemistry.  He received his PhD in organic chemistry from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and his BS in chemistry from the University of California – Berkeley.
